[designing direction into the experience, a more focused interface system]

Northline is an abstract product concept centered around clarity, movement, and user confidence. The existing experience felt visually acceptable, but lacked direction in the moments that mattered most.

Problem & Solution

My goal in this project was to make the experience feel more natural, focused, and easier to navigate. I looked closely at how users moved through the interface, where attention was getting lost, and which parts of the flow created hesitation. By reworking the structure and sharpening the visual priorities, I was able to make the product more intuitive and easier to read. The final result was a cleaner interface with a stronger sense of direction and usability.

In this work, I paid special attention to the relationship between user behavior, interface structure, and visual clarity. It was important for me not just to improve the appearance of the product, but to make it work better at every step of the journey. I identified weak points in the flow, reduced visual noise, and brought more consistency to the interaction model. This helped turn the solution into something more focused, understandable, and visually mature.

Results

A more cohesive digital product with better visual discipline, clearer user paths, and a stronger sense of control throughout the experience.
